The Global Travel Team has created various T&E Reports for your operational use. They are located within the Concur application. If you need assistance with their location, please click the first link. If after reviewing these reports, they do not meet your division’s criteria and required modifications, i.e. additional fields, please enter a kintana ticket to initiate your request. Click the second link.
Please clearly state your request/requirements and also attach a mock-up of the way you would like the report to look after your request is completed. If the mock-up is not attached to your ticket, your ticket will be rejected and sent back to you. You must attach a mock-up to initiate your request. Your ticket will be reviewed by the Travel Global office and after 3 to 4 business days, you will receive a reply letting you know of the next steps. A new report can take between 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the complexity of the request and the data.
